Large room, which is suitable for a couple (or single occupancy), available in friendly house share (4 rooms 5 people total).

5 mins walk to Portslade train station and Boundary Road.

The room available is on the top floor (loft conversion) and was fully refurbished a year or so ago.

The room has aspects to both side of the house, including
sunny southerly facing velux windows and double windows looking over the garden. It is fully furnished with a solid oak double bed frame with a comfortable (BRAND NEW!) pocket sprung mattress. The room has a large walk in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and its own lounge area with a 2 seater sofa and TV.

Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms, the 1st floor bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, the 2nd floor bathroom has a shower only.

Kitchen
The kitchen has just finished being refurbished, so is all new fixings. It has a large American fridge freezer with plenty of storage space.
There is a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, combination microwave and an electric oven and ceramic hob.

Lounge
The lounge has also just finished being refurbished and now includes storage space for housemates' food / kitchen items. These comprise 3* 40cm wide cupboard for each housemate. It also has a sofa, flat screen TV and a small dining table and chairs.

Broadband
The house also has virgin super fast unlimited broadband Wi-Fi - 400mb line.

Cleaning
A cleaner visits twice a month to clean the communal areas.

Garden
There is a lovely garden at the back, 45' long with a small patio, grassed section and a raised decked area at the end with a large garden shed and gazebo over the deck for all weather use. When the sun is out, there is a tables and four chairs to sit out and enjoy it. Great for summer BBQ's (charcoal Weber kettle bbq in the garden too).

Travel and Connections
There is plenty of street parking outside which is free of charge.

3 - 5 mins walk away is the mainline Portslade train station with direct line access to London and Brighton.

Local buses run frequently into town and other areas from either end of the road. Brighton centre is about 15 mins away on the bus.

Locality
Next to the train station a few minutes walk away is Boundary Road with all its shops and pubs.
Hove lagoon and the seafront is about 10 mins walk.
There is also a park directly opposite the house
