Beautiful Penthouse Flat in Central Hove

I absolutely love living here and I now a double bedroom available to let.

(I can assure you that the drum kit in the video is long gone!)

The flat itself is modern, spacious and full of natural light. It also benefits from high grade sound-proofing, is very energy efficiency and has a large west-facing balcony.

The ideal person would be able to strike the right balance between having time to themselves and having a wee chat now and then. Ideally, I'd like to live with someone who has the same essential qualities that my good friends have - creativity, humour, individuality.

Cleanliness is quite important to me, just makes for a much better home.

The flat includes my very gentle and sleepy Luna. As I may plan to be away over the next year for a few weeks, she'll be on the interview panel as well.
