Lovely bedroom available in a friendly house share in the Poets Corner area of Hove.

The room is provided unfurnished and available for professionals for a minimum 6 month term and on a single occupancy basis only.

The housemates are a friendly bunch, generally working 9-5 sort of jobs and are looking for sociable people to share the house with. The housemates always get the final say on who moves in with them, so they all get on really well.

The house is only a short walk to both Aldrington (2 mins) and Hove (10 mins) train stations. It is also conveniently located next to the bus links on the Portland Road allowing for easy commuting into Brighton and elsewhere, whilst still being only a 10 mins walk from Hove seafront.

The kitchen contains all necessary integrated appliances including a washing machine, tumble dryer and two fridge freezers. It is provided fully equipped and has a dining area.

The kitchen opens out onto the rear garden area that has been artificially turfed and has seating and a bbq. There is also a covered bike rack for secure bike storage.

The rent includes all bills (Gas, electricity, council tax, water, high-speed wireless internet) and a cleaner is provided for the communal areas of the house.

The house is in parking zone R, resident's parking permits are available the same day.
