A furnished private double loft room with ensuite

Hi,

I have a lovely furnished private double loft room (single occupancy) with en-suite shower room in a large, fully refurbished house in Poets Corner, Hove. BN3 5AG

Available from 8th April 2019, £700pcm.

All bills are included, including unlimited broadband. The room has a double bed (with memory foam topper), wardrobe, chest of drawers, lamps, TV point and wifi. Ensuite shower room with toilet, sink and shower.

I'm a professional female & have a young yellow Labrador dog so you absolutely would need to like dogs. She is very friendly, quite excitable, but quiet (very rarely barks) & isn't allowed up to the loft.

This is a quiet & relaxed home, on a friendly street and would suit a discerning professional, who is out at work during the day as I spend a lot of time working from home. I'm hoping to find someone with similar ethics who is friendly, tidy and quiet. As a Mon-Fri let I wouldn't expect you to have guests over to stay with you, but I don't mind occasionally, if your partner wants to visit from home, or something.

I currently let the room through Airbnb but I would like to have a break from doing that full time. I may accept the occasional weekend booking or have my friends to stay when you're not there on the weekends.

I'm not in a rush to fill the room, I need to find the right person!

The house has a fully furnished living room with smart TV and dining room, and a large bright fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer & washing machine. Bifold doors lead out onto a sunny south facing patio with table and chairs.

There is easy access to the town centre. Hove Station is less than 10 mins walk. No.5 bus a few mins away. Many pubs and shops close.

Strictly no smoking.
Street parking only - would need a residents permit R or there is free street parking about 10 mins walk away which may suit more if you don't need to use the car while here.
£350 deposit required.
Minimum stay 1 month. 1 month's notice, but I can be flexible if it doesn't work out!
References required.
