3-5 Month Let - double room in Hove

We are a professional couple who wish to let a double room for approximately 4 months from December 25 to April 26. The start and end dates can be slightly flexible.

The room is £800 per calendar month.

You will be sharing the house with us during this time. There will possibly be one other flat mate.

We are looking for someone who is very tidy and friendly for a short let.

We have a great home in West Hove a few moments walk from Portslade station giving direct train access to London in about 1 hour.

Trains also run to Falmer, Eastbourne, Lewes changing at Brighton as well as West to Shoreham, Worthing and Southampton.

Nearby buses (1, 1A, 1X, 2, 49, 46, 6) travel to Brighton and Falmer.

The room comes furnished with king size double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers and dressing table/desk. All bedlinen provided. There is a shared bathroom with shower exclusively for the rental rooms. Potentially sharing the bathroom with maximum one other person.

You will have shared use of the sitting room, kitchen, utility room and downstairs cloakroom with use of washing machine and garden.

Free parking on drive possible for one small car.

Household bills included (including council tax). Free Virgin Media broadband.

Wide range of shops available nearby on Boundary Road or a short walk to Portland Road.

1 month rent in advance and £800 per room deposit required.

Non-smoking house.

We also speak Spanish.
