The rooms are available for a minimum 6-month term and on a single occupancy basis only.

A few of the housemates are relocating due to new jobs away from the area, but we've always had a great group that get on really well and are looking for some sociable people to share the house. Looking for people working a sort of 9-5 working pattern to fit in with others in the house. The housemates always get the final say on who moves in with them, so it works really well.

The house has a large kitchen/diner that leads out to a paved outdoor space with a bbq and table and chairs for socialising.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances including a washing machine and tumble dryer and it's a lovely space for housemates to spend some time together.

The lounge is provided with a 55" HD tv and large sofas.

The house is only a short walk to both Aldrington (2 mins) and Hove (10 mins) train stations. It is also conveniently located next to the bus links on the Portland Road allowing for easy commuting into Brighton and elsewhere along the coast, whilst still being only a 10 mins walk from Hove seafront.

The house is in parking zone R and residents parking permits are available the same day.

The rent includes all bills (Gas, electricity, council tax, water, high-speed wireless internet) and a cleaner is provided for the communal areas of the house.
