We are looking for the right person to share. Ideally a working professional or mature student looking for a clean, tidy house and room on Hove seafront. A quiet cozy fully furnished single room of adverage size with additional storage. We are prepared to wait until we find a like minded person. This is not a party house but a base for workers or serious students. Parking nearby is available but bus and bike routes are great along seafront or Church Road. Bike storage.

A set of house rules exist which needs to be agreed to.
Either sort or long term stay. Minimum 3 months.

Spacious communal living areas which are professionally cleaned once a week. Fully equipped kitchen/diner. Modern appliances. Will suit, mature student or professional of any age who respects the living space of others.

Personal kitchen cupboards and assigned extra storage space in kitchen and bathroom.

Please check location before making contact. It is not Brighton. But Hove Lagoon area.
