Hi, I have available a lovely furnished double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en suite facilities situated on the ground floor of a 6year old town house. Wifi included. You would pretty much have the floor to yourself which also has a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
Free parking in a private road. Lots of close by amenities, shops, take aways, pub! Good bus routes, to areas covering Brighton, Hove and surrounding areas- with buses running every 5 minutes. The train station is an approx 10 minute walk away with very regular routes to Brighton, London etc.
This is a family home so please bare that in mind, although it is a fairly laid back house, with everyone being over 18, and out all day.
Please note the rental price is for a single person, if required by a couple the rent would be adjusted accordingly. All bills are included within the rent
