There is currently 1 room available, Room 5, which is on the first floor, at the right hand side of the house. It runs from the front of the house, where the large ensuite bathroom is, through to a
balcony at the rear with views of the garden and across Hangleton valley. There are four wardrobes, chests of drawers sofa and desk & chair.

Bathrooms
There are two shared bathrooms, and three toilets. The first floor bathroom has a bath and a separate shower, the ground floor has a shower only.
The second floor has a toilet and hand basin only

Kitchen
The kitchen is large with plenty of storage space for food plus a large American fridge freezer and separate fridge/freezer as well.
There is an induction hob, double electric oven, inverter microwave, slow cooker and a dishwasher

10 mins walk away is the mainline Portslade train station with direct line access to London and Brighton.
Local buses run frequently into town and other areas from in front of the house. Brighton centre is about 20 mins away on the bus.

Locality
There is a local shopping precinct about 3 mins walk away which has a large pub which serves food (the Grenadier), a Tesco, Co-op, Boots the chemist, various take aways and other shops
Boundary Road shopping area is about 15 mins walk away with all its shops and pubs.
Hove lagoon and the the seafront is about 25 mins walk.

Garden
There is a large garden at the back, 70' long, mostly grassed with a sunny decked area with table and chairs, good for socialising and BBQs.
There is a shed at the end of the garden for bike storage plus a summer house which is used for the home gym.
