a few minutes walk to the beach and 25 minutes walk to Brighton town centre. On a small high street with shops. Very useful bus routes and 15 minutes on bus to the station. Handy for Sussex County and Marina. Also regular bus to Sussex Uni. on a small high street with cafes etc
