A fully furnished bohemian flat in Kemptown

We are renting our fully furnished flat in Kemptown starting from October 1/onwards.
The flat is in a unique church building built in 1886 - there are 10 flats in the building.

The living room has a distressed wood effect stone floor, a beautiful writing desk, paintings, and a 61-inch screen TV. It is a great space for creativity and brainstorming.

The main bedroom has got a double bed, which comes with a new mattress, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers.

The second bedroom has got a brand new small double bed and a clothing rack.

The kitchen is small and cosy. It has got a newly installed washing machine and an oven and is fully equipped.

The bathroom is very basic, has got an electric shower and a bathtub.

The flat is self-contained, extremely central, in the heart of Kemptown, 2 minutes away from the beach, easily accessible.

*We will consider pets.
Secure bike storage available in the garage.

We are looking for sensible and respectful lodgers as this flat holds a big sentimental value to us. Living here is definitely a Brighton - like experience, its full of character and lively.

Short term lets will be considered with adjustments to the price.
Extending the let can also be considered if we find suitable people.
