Modern, cosy, bright, spacious and recently decorated studio flat in beautiful Kemptown. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, hospital, with bus stops located only 2 minutes away. Very homely and just a beautiful place to relax in a lovely part of the town. I am looking for a quiet, trustworthy and considerate professional /student to look after my place while I’m out of town for 9 months from September.
All bills are included, apart from electricity - you’ll pay what you use. Bedding and towels are also included in the rent.
The flat is conveniently equipped with a fridge, washing machine and brand new king size mattress.
The rent is £1250 pcm for single occupancy. Move in date 1st September, but will consider a slightly earlier date around end of August.
