Everyone enjoys their own independence, but it's also nice to occasionally share a meal, watch a film, or enjoy a glass of wine after a long day.

Rent is £180 per week, with all bills included, including high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, water, council tax, plus household essentials such as toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, and cleaning products—making it easy to budget with no hidden costs.

The flat is in a fantastic Kemptown location with excellent bus links to all parts of Brighton, making it ideal for work, study, or enjoying everything the city has to offer.
