Looking for a chilled, smart, easy going professional person close-ish to my age to share my beautiful Kemptown flat. Lovely single bedroom - just redecorated with new carpet and brand new bed. You'll be sharing the flat with me and my sweetheart of a big black rescue dog Jaco.

I'm a 57 year old freelance photographer working for advertising and magazines for money (and personal art projects for the soul!). I work from home a lot so I'd prefer someone that is mostly at work during normal office hours. Also my partying days are well behind me so would like to find someone similarly friendly but relaxed and quiet.

Lovely single room with a brand new bed, built in closet and under bed storage. Fab views out of the bedroom window over the gardens downstairs towards St George's Church and Kemptown village.

Downstairs is the beautiful and well equipped kitchen with an antique kitchen table and fantastic views over Kemptown Village. The hallway from the kitchen goes past your lovely bedroom and the bathroom (with bath and shower) to the stairs which go up towards the front lobby, the main front door, my room (the bedrooms are on separate floors - great for privacy) and the large light filled living room which you'll find furnished with gorgeous mid century furniture, a large screen TV, beautiful art and stunning plants.
