The room will be provided furnished with a double bed, mattress and wardrobe. It will be available for 6 months and then on a rolling month to month lodger agreement. The rent excludes water, gas and electric which are calculated at the end of each month.

The dimensions of the room are 4.10m x 3.10m and it benefits from being at the front of the flat so gets plenty of natural light.

Flat

The flat will be shared with one other tenant (me) and all other spaces will be shared. The shared spaces include a big living room (with a view out to the local area and down to the sea front) with smart tv for movie nights, and a large kitchen. The kitchen will be equipped with everything needed including a fridge, washing machine, oven, stove and air fryer. The garden is a communal garden that you can make use of at your leisure.

There is also another room that will likely be used as a small office space.

Housemate

The house is currently occupied by one professional - looking for a tidy and respectful professional to share the house with.

In my free time I like sport, eating out, films, reading, spending time with friends and family and trying new things. I'm sociable (although definitely not a party animal), calm, and a tidy person, so looking for someone similar to share the space with.
