Sea Lanes with a gym and outdoor 50m pool is nearby. The Marina, with its convenient restaurants, supermarket, cinema and David Lloyds gym, is a 5- minute walk away. Excellent bus services to University, town centre and train station.

I am a live-in landlord and my room is in an annexe on the property. I am away in France most of the year. We are looking for a chilled and friendly person, who is also clean tidy and responsible, to join our mini household. Although the space allows a lot of privacy it would be lovely to get on and be able to share some social time, go to the occasional gig or event. If you like plants it will be a bonus!
