Situated close to Queens Park, with a bus stop to the top of the street with easy access to the hospital, AMEX, city center and a 20 minute (ish) walk from Brighton Station via Hanover.
Suitable tenant would be a full time working professional, non smoker and the space is available from the first of March. The rent includes all bills inclusive of council tax and broadband.
I would prefer to meet any prospective tenant in a neutral space prior to any viewings, as this is my personal home and I would like for us to both be comfortable before going forward.
