We are looking for a really special person (sorry no couples or pets) to rent out a room to. We have a large sunny double room available in our large Kemptown-Brighton 4 story home in a private secure square.

The room is a good size, large double unfurnished room on the middle floor of a four-storey house with direct sea views.

You will be sharing with 2 girls and a guy we are all happy, working professional easy-going, sociable, friendly and intelligent people.

We are looking for someone who will feel really at home here and will enjoy being part of our happy home - we have a large lounge dinner with access to a seated balcony, a fully fitted kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, washing machine etc etc plus a utility room, a family bathroom & 2 additional loo’s.

We are in a very central location in the heart of the Kemptown village, sea 1 min, the main hospital 1 min and a few great pubs. The rent is £750 per month and includes ALL bills of gas, electricity council tax, water rates, virgin broadband internet, Netflix, Prime TV and a weekly cleaner.

We are looking for a professional friendly, fun, easy going person who like us likes to go out and be sociable but equally to have quiet evenings in and watch telly or have a natter also someone who enjoys eating a good home cooked meal and sharing a bottle or three of wine!!

The house is big, which means plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing but also to come together in the very large and very lovely living space too.

We are ideally looking to share our home with is someone we get on well with. The room is available from the 15th February 2025 the rent will be £750 per month with a deposit of £450.00 there are no additional fees.
