Bright large double Hanover/Kemptown

A beautiful light and airy generous double room on the top floor of a bohemian, much loved maisonette with east and west facing windows, so you’ll have sunrise and sunset sea views. ☀️🐟

Sharing with me - I’m a full-time creative and performer, and have been in the flat for 14 years. It’s really a home to me, and hopefully you’ll find it as cosy as I do.
The room is currently furnished, but can come unfurnished if need be. The room is right next to the bathroom, so the top floor has a private, almost self contained quality to it.
The lounge is shared, and very cosy - there’s a lot of my stuff in it already - so not much room to co-decorate.

The flat is clam, and relaxed. I would perhaps prefer female presenting energy in flat - or just a gentle energy that can fit in with the current vibe.
Like most people, I like to live in a clean, and respected home - I’m not OTT with it, but definitely am looking for somebody who understands this ☺️
Not a party house - I have partied enough, but don’t mind a friendly tipple now and again.

I’m looking for someone who can fit in, but also have their own life, and work away from the flat - very close to hospital, so perfect for NHS workers.
Also great connections to Gatwick so could suit an air steward.
Close to beautiful park and beach with great cafes nearby. 🌳
