Cozy studio flat

Hello,

I have a cozy studio flat to let in Kemptown - close to the RSCH and to bus links into Brighton.
The flat comes partly furnished with a double bed and mattress, fridge freezer, wardrobe, chest of drawers, sofa bed (although it is quite old!) and a small oven and electric hob.
It has a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
There has been some effort to renovate with some more ample storage solutions and an integrated ventilation system installed in 2024.

The flat still has some work to be done on it to insulate it further due to it having some outside walls and it is an older property.
I lived there for 6 years and it was perfect for one person.
Would suit a working professional (open to students), and is a 5 minute walk to the RSCH.

I myself am the daughter of the landlord and we are flexible in terms of decorating and making it your own!
Bills are not included in the price - except for water.

Please note that this flat is not accessible, being on the top floor with no lift!
Pets would be considered, sadly no dogs!
