I am subletting my bright, spacious double room in Whitehawk/Kemptown. From 11.12 to 21.01.
It has two windows, a double bed, a couple of wardrobes… One window looks to the East Brighton golf course, the other to the sea.
Furnished room, including mattress, pillows, and duvet. Bedding and towels can be arranged.
It’s a wonderful two-story house with a huge garden and a yard. Clean and responsible tenants, all young professionals. The property manager, Claudio, lives in the house and will make sure everything goes as planned. There is also a big yet playful and well-behaved dog. No other pets allowed.
There’s parking space in the street.
Some of my stuff will are left in the room, properly stored and packed for your convenience. There’s plenty of space.
£450/month all included with fast WiFi, electricity, water, and council tax, or £125 a week for a minimum of two weeks.
If you're a couple, please let me know so we can try to find an arrangement, definitely with a rent price bump.
