Hey I’m Maizie and I’m moving out of my beautiful Kemptown en-suite bedroom in the next couple weeks, and looking for someone reliable, clean and easygoing to take over my tenancy!
The rent is 705£ a month, council tax is band B so averages to around 70per person per month, and bills are about 70(including WiFi) every month. Because you will take over my tenancy, the deposit is within the 700-800£ range but I will find out the exact amount. You will have to provide evidence (payslips) for the new tenancy agreement for the landlords Barry and Tahilyn to make sure that you make enough to cover rent, and of course see if you get along with Giorgia and Hetty (the girls you’ll be living with)! Couples would possibly be okay but it would only be able to be one of you on the tenancy agreement.
The flatmates Hetty and Giorgia both work in hospitality full-time, are sociable but enjoy their alone time, friendly, fun, clean, and reliable for rent and bills.
Ask any questions, but basically the most important criteria is being able to move in around the 12th June (I have flexibility of a week or so both ways), having income evidence to take over the tenancy, and meeting Giorgia and Hetty.
