Quiet person wanted for simple room in relaxed, friendly, quiet, non luxury, tidy house. Sunny, shared lounge, (with piano that you are welcome to play), and shared kitchen with doors out onto decking and lovely garden with glorious sea views. Bathroom is also shared, although mostly you will have it all to yourself as I am generally up in my self-contained loft. Working person preferred. My children are now at uni, but my son comes home in the holidays. Everyone does their own thing, but we are definitely up for the occasional coffee and chat. 2 affectionate cats.
