Short term rental available for double room on Maresfield Road, BN2. Sharing with one other (me!) & my cat in quiet chilled household.
Room has small small double ottoman for extra storage, chest of drawers, and clothes rail with hangers. There's also a foldaway desk and office chair should you want.
Kitchen has most mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, nutribullet etc. New bathroom fitted last year. The garden is a bit of a WIP but it is getting there, and it's a lovely spot to sit out and enjoy your coffee looking out at sea first thing. Quiet peaceful street, 15 min walk from Kemptown bars/pubs/cafes and beach.
