Double rooms in lush seafront flat

My delightful flatmates are both finishing their medical contracts and will be moving out in early August; so there are two rooms available in the lush seafront flat we share in Kemptown.

Looking for chill, considerate and communicative housemates who're up for a chuckle so our flat feels less of a cohabiting space and more of a shared home 😊

I'm a queer, neurospicey 30 year old professional (marine biologist). I spend my free time dancing, playing rugby, language learning, hiking, going for drinks with friends and often relaxing after a crazy week. 🌈🐙💃

The flat itself spans 3 floors including a private rooftop terrace with a view of the sea. The very spacious living room windows also have a wonderful view of the sea!🌅
Paying the price of the beautiful sea view and rooftop terrace, the flat is at the top of several stairs and there is no lift. We have acclimatised so it’s do-able but unfortunately isn't accessible for all. 🏢
Access and use of shared private gardens is included, parking is permitted and there is no bike storage inside the building. The area feels very safe and our neighbours are mercifully quiet. Bills and council tax aren't included in the rent.🏡
The front of the property is very close to the beach via the steps across the road. The backside features an exit that enters directly onto the streets of Kemptown with lots of lovely cafe’s, bars and quirky shops, and is an 8 minute walk from the Royal Sussex County Hospital.
