The house is located right by Brighton college and is a comfortable distance from town and the beach.
This room is right next to the kitchen and the living room.
The room is unfurnished however the current tenant would be happy to sell some of their furniture to a prospective tenant for a discounted price. The living room is already furnished with a sofa, TV, and dining table.
Female and/or LGBTQ+ flatmates preferred.
