I am looking for a new flatmate in this maisonette in Kemptown, right by Brighton College and near the County Hospital.
The room is a small double at the front of the building with a shared kitchen, lounge, and balcony on the first floor, and a bathroom on the second floor.
The room comes unfurnished but the current tenant would be happy selling some of their furniture for a discounted price ahead of the move.
About me:
I am 27, and currently am a part-time PhD researcher, and university administrator. I enjoy reading, the cinema, meeting friends at the pub, for walks and time outside. I have been living in Brighton for 4 years, and in this property for 1 year.
I'm looking for a housemate who is clean, sociable, and preferrably LGBTQ+ and/or female. I come with a nice espresso machine!
