Looking for likeminded flatmate to rent a house

I’m looking for a like-minded flatmate to share this beautiful Regency garden flat in Kemp Town.

I’m 32 and currently working in the world of high-end furniture design. I’m of Lebanese heritage, so cooking is a big part of my life, and I enjoy the occasional dinner with friends. Outside of work, you'll usually find me running, swimming, hiking in the South Downs, visiting galleries working on design projects.

The flat itself is spacious, peaceful and beautifully furnished, with two courtyards, access to the private Kemp Town Enclosures and the beach just moments away. We often setup a full BBQ unit on the beach for authentic Braais (South African BBQ). It's definitely not a party house—we both appreciate a clean, tidy and respectful home where everyone feels comfortable. That said, I'm always happy to cook together, go out for drinks and with summer, make the most of the proximity to the ocean.

The landlord lives in a self-contained annex and spends most of her time in Paris, so the flat feels very much like a two-person home.

I'm looking for someone who is considerate, easy-going, tidy and enjoys living in a calm, welcoming space. If you appreciate good design, plants, cooking, the outdoors or simply having a home that feels relaxing to come back to, I think we'd get on well.
