Housemate wanted for lovely Kemptown student house

Hiya, we are Alison (21), Theo (23) and Bonnie (20), three University of Brighton students, all going into third year, and we are looking for a fourth person to join our house, with a move in date from July 27th. It’s a lovely 4 bedroom with an open, rustic kitchen/living room, and a wonderful and private garden. There is also a spare room that we are planning to convert into a music/jamming room with a drum kit. We are tidy, easygoing and friendly, and are looking for someone in their 20s who is into similar things as us. We are avid music and film enjoyers, and want someone who shares our passions. Rent is £2,427 PCM (£606.75 per person), though this is without a bills package which we are definitely leaning towards, so expect another £100-£120 per month on top of that.
