Looking for a long term tenant who is in employment. Age not important but requires a female only application, must be clean and tidy, honest and an all round decent person who loves animals especially dogs. I'm a live in Landlady with a small dog.
The home is a cosy terraced property with all mod cons. You will have the use of everything here with a philosophy of if you use it clean it, if you break it you replace it. A nice south facing garden for soaking in the sun rays or the use of the bbq.

Super chilled landlady who appreciates your personal space but will happily sit with you and talk or cook/eat together if you so wished.
