Amazing Shared House with Some Amazing People

The house is easy to get to just above the hospital (37 bus takes you literally outside the house).
The house is a 3 floored property with a front & back garden ~ with on street parking if needed! The available double bedroom is on the bottom floor! Next to another bedroom with Lily as the neighbouring housemate! We have a toilet downstairs & a wash room that has a washing machine & tumble dryer. The middle floor is the lounge, balcony and kitchen (with dishwasher). The top floor is the bathroom & 2 bedrooms! JJ, Emily are the housemates on the top floor!
We split wifi, water, energy & council tax equally between all of us.

This is what our bills look like estimate between 5 people:
Rent is £550
Wifi is £9.60 pm each
Energy&Gas ranges from £30-45 pm each throughout the year
Council Tax is £43 each
Water is 6 monthly, our last bill was £165 each

Our garden is south facing so we get lots of sunlight which we try and take advantage of with bbqs and growing veggies!
I couldn’t have asked for more loveable housemates truly gutted I’m leaving.
