There are 2 small plant-filled yards back and front. You would share a shower room with the other lodger.
Current occupants are myself (live in landlady but I mostly live on the top floor) and a male medic in the other room.
It's a friendly peaceful home, privacy respected. A lovely fluffy cat lives here.
As well as being close to the hospital, we are on bus routes 7, 1, 1X and it's walkable to the beach and into the Downs.
Looking for a professional or student working preferably outside the house most days.
Bills including council tax (C) included. References needed and we sign an agreement to keep everything clear for all.
