Large maisonette in Central Kemptown, Brighton

Hi there!

We have a lovely large maisonette flat split over multiple levels and are looking for a new housemate to take on one of the rooms while we are away travelling. You will be sharing the space with one other housemate.

The bedroom is a large room with plenty of storage and lots of natural light from the window looking out on to Roof Terrace. It comes furnished with a comfortable super king bed and mattress, bedside table and all the inbuilt storage.

You'll be on the same floor as the large main bathroom which has a spacious shower, separate free-standing bath and lots of houseplants! The current housemate downstairs has her own en suite and so this bathroom will be mostly for your personal use.

The house has a great sized kitchen/diner with central cooker island, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and large dining table with bench seating built-in. Again, more houseplants!

Big shared lounge with 3 velux windows and a work from home space - fully furnished with sofa, armchair, bar cart and smart TV. There is also a small office room off of the living room with another work from home space and daybed - great for guests.

There is a massive roof terrace with outdoor bar area, large dining table, BBQ, pizza oven, sun loungers, and seating area which gets the sun year round.

Large entrance hall with shoe and coat storage and various other storage throughout the house if you need it!

A note from our current housemate: 'I'm a 31 year old queer woman who loves to socialise. I enjoy dinner parties, crafts, reading and dancing! It would be great to live with someone who is happy to have a wine on the deck at the end of a long week or catch up of an evening. I work from home a few days a week so like to keep the place clean and tidy up as I go.'

Monthly rent includes all bills - council tax, water, gas, electric and internet.
