Room 1: Offers sea views and is available 23rd September. £560pcm
Room 2: Is a large double room, beautiful views of the garden and available 29th September. £580pcm

Bus stops between 3-7 minutes walk to 1, 1X, 7, 21, 47, 52. Coaster bus can be caught with a 15minute walk
5 minutes out the back gate and you will find the gorgeous South Downs.

The housemates:
The 4 housemates remaining are all chasing different career and life pathways. Everyone is up for a chat, game of cards, and glass of wine. If you are looking for a respectful but social house, this place has a fantastic balance.

About you:
We are looking for someone that can continue the balance of a tidy, respectful, and social household. Is capable of maintaining cleanliness in shared areas and is considerate of others. Working from home is negotiable - ideally only 2 days if possible.
