My Kemptown flat is available for short term rent. Currently available from late September onwards. £2150 a month / £495 a week including all bills. Duration is flexible but usually 1-3 months, with some flexibility to extend if needed.

It's a cosy and peaceful one bedroom garden flat just off Kemptown beach near the Royal Sussex Hospital with a private entrance and private garden. It is fully furnished with everything you'll need: fully stocked kitchen with fridge, freezer, cookware etc.. Modern bathroom with bath and a rainfall shower. The lounge has a dining table, huge corner sofa bed, upright piano (in tune), music system, super-fast fibre broadband. I work from home the majority of the year and it's a quiet and bright space to work from. The bedroom has a super comfy king-size bed and opens out onto a secluded outdoor space.

The flat is a 2-min walk to the beach, loads of cafes, pubs & shops on your doorstep. Brighton centre is a 15 min seafront walk / 7 min cycle / 4 min taxi. Kemptown village is a quiet part of Brighton with a nice selection of cafes and bars. St James Street is a 7-minute walk from the flat for some livelier vibes. This end of the beach is quieter and very peaceful, perfect for morning swims or evenings on the beach. Bison Bar and Sea Lanes a short walk away.
