Large double room with en suite in large house

We have a lovely large room for rent with en suite bathroom. The accommodation is on the third floor of the house and you have the floor to yourself. There’s a double bed, three large fitted cupboards/wardrobes, drawers, desk. There’s WiFi throughout the house. The en suite has a sink, shower, loo and heated towel rail. You would share the kitchen (which has a TV and dining table), and you can use all appliances, including washing machine. There’s also a large garden and a place to store a bike.
The house is in a fantastic location, near a park, a short walk from the seafront and town centre, and on major bus routes.
You would be sharing with me and my husband, both retired university lecturers, and our chocolate Labrador, who you could meet around the house ( but never in your room). We have been lucky enough to rent to some lovely postgraduate students before, and after a year’s gap we’d love to do so again.
