I am looking for someone to replace me in this ideally located flat share. Tenancy to start 8th October but need confirmation by 1st October please.
Decent sized double room in a 3 bed flat, near Royal Sussex County Hospital. Large shared lounge with a balcony that has amazing south west views. Shared kitchen and bathroom. There is lots of on street parking with a permit, zone H. I've never had any trouble finding a space.
You will be sharing with Dulcie, 40, a lovely primary school teacher and Ryan, 35, a friendly pharmacy technician. Rent is £600 including bills. They are great flatmates and I'm so sad to be leaving!
Looking for a tidy and considerate 30+ professional. Non-smoking and no students or universal credit, sorry!
