Furnished bedroom in 2 bed flat sort term

I am a chill guy living in a two bed flat and I'd like to sublet my spare room until the end of January/early February (potentially longer if we get on well etc).

I play in a band and enjoy board/tabletop games, music (rock/metal/electric/britpop) and I live old films, old documentaries and I play a lot of video games.

I'm active and go for short hikes with my friends and my gf.

I am sociable and like hanging out in the lounge.

The flat is decently sized with lots of local amenities, being into he Kemptown village area, and not far from Whitehawk.

It is located on lots of bus routes with direct access to the city centre, hospital, universities and language schools. Hive is a 20 minute bus ride from mine.

I'm looking g for someone who is chill and needs a place short term, with the possibility of going longer.
