This is a freshly decorated double room in a two-bed maisonette within a historic building in Kemptown, with access to a private courtyard and (subject to key deposit) Kemptown Enclosures with tunnel towards the beach.

I'm used to sharing space. We will share a large living room with TV and stereo, and also the kitchen. I'm vegetarian but I understand that you might not be - we can discuss that.

It's a good place to be, on lots of useful bus routes, the stop for numbers 1 and 7 is 30 seconds away and I'm a two minute bike ride from the traffic free bike route along Madeira Drive, recently linked with the City Centre.

This would suit someone working at the hospital as it's only a short walk away.
