My friend and I have found a beautiful flat we want to put an offer in on asap but need a third person!
We’re looking for someone who wants a comfortable clean and fun home, ideally someone who would like to friends with their housemates rather than ships in the night.
The flat:
First-floor flat in regency square in east Kemptown. Beautiful high ceilings and lots of space, all decent sized bedrooms. No direct access to garden but massive shared garden. Comes unfurnished, ~£725 per month for rooms but more for the big one (bills not included). Move in end of November.
A bit about us:
I say more in my flatmates ad but we’re two women who like a mix between socialising and wholesome, and want to make a homely home. We’re professionals & work Mon-Friday.
