Flatmate for our beautiful Kemptown home 🧚🏼‍♂

We are looking for the new addition to our home!
The flat is currently made up of two other (female) housemates, we have sea views in nearly all rooms, a huge gated garden, and big kitchen and living areas. The available room does come with an optional office/studio space at an additional £80 per month, should someone wish to have this (pictured when it was being used as a closet)
The bed that currently remains in the room is a huge (super king) circle bed which can easily be removed if the new tenant doesn’t need it, or can be left if they’d prefer.
We are looking for someone who is relaxed, sociable when they want but okay with doing their own thing too as we’re all out and about quite often. We love to cook together, and hang out after work, but there’s no pressure of course :)
