I'm looking for a professional flat mate, 25 to 50'ish years old, working full time Monday to Friday, away from home. I'm very sorry, but sadly it's a no to all students/teachers, night shift workers, part-timers, or couples/sharing.

I'm very open minded, 'vegetarian/vegan friendly.' Looking for someone to socialise with occasionally, but someone that seeks a peaceful homely retreat and personal space too. Drop me a message. I love cooking, music, films, etc but tell me a few things about yourself!! Tell me what your cooking rituals are like and what you can knock-up! THE ROOM:
A lovely bright decorated double room, supplied furnished or unfurnished. The room has a new replacement double glazed noise/draft free sliding sash window, TV aerial point, blackout roller-blind over window and net curtains (optional) for privacy and four ceiling spot lights on a dimmer switch. Your bedroom has a 4´6¨ double bed, with two large base drawers, a desk with chair, pedal bin, a wash basket, floor to ceiling shelving/wardrobe and a small double chest of drawers. None of the furniture has to stay. It's there if you need it. The carpet is clean, fresh and stain free. Understanding some people need more wardrobe space, the desk and/or drawers could be removed in place of a wardrobe/drawer set. There are 18 coat hooks on the backs of your bedroom doors, as well as two big coat hooks on the back of the main front door for your use and a large, expanding shoe-rack. Plus, there is lots of easily accessible loft space, all at floor level, Ideal for storing suitcases, seasonal clothing, etc.. The room furniture can be rearranged, as there are several different room arrangements that all work well. Plus, you have your own privacy door from the bedroom into the bathroom, just like an en-suite bathroom! Both your bedroom doors have privacy locks. My bedroom is upstairs

HOME FEATURES:

It has a powerful hi-fi system that has a radio, CD player and USB port for plug in music, plus a phone charger, multi-coloured mood lights, dimmer main lights, under floor heating and heated towel rail.

Parking Zone H. No waiting list. This home is less than 100 meters from St Georges Road and all the shops and services there and Brighton College, including cash machines, post office, dry cleaners/launderette, every takeaway you can think of, butchers, fishmongers, greengrocers/health foods shop, Co-Op, late licence off licences/store (The Boozy Cow is open until 3am at weekends!!), greeting cards shop, hairdressers, barbers, restaurants, coffee shops, hardware shop, bakers, breakfast bar/deli, charity shops, clothes shops, pubs and bars! And very close to several bus stop routes, going into Brighton City Centre, Brighton train station and National Express coach services leaving the city to London Victoria.
