We have a good-sized (3m x 3m) double room available in our comfortable house. The room is south-west facing, so it gets plenty of natural light. It comes furnished with a double bed, two under-bed storage drawers, and ample space for a desk or table. There’s also a wide hanging space and a large chest of drawers for all your belongings.

Shared kitchen, living room, one bathroom plus extra toilet.
Small outside space and a secure bike storage area.
Central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer, a bath and a fantastic shower.
All bills are included as well as weekly cleaners, so there’s no need to worry about extra costs.

Transport links: On the 7, 2, and 1 bus routes, only 20 minutes walk to the train station and 15 minutes to Churchill Square. Just 5 minutes to the seafront.

We’re seeking a like-minded professional in their late 20s, early 30s who is clean, considerate, and looking for a long-term stay (minimum 1 year). Sorry, no short-term let, no students, couples, or pets due to the nature of our home.
