Very large Victorian family house near to Queens Park in Kemptown, Brighton. You would share with myself & 3 young female professionals.. most bills included, including wi-fi, with a £20 supplement for energy bills.
Modern, well-fitted kitchen, cute retro bathroom and separate shower room, sun terrace and garden, with parking directly outside. Also we have a lovely cat, Moley.

The centre is a 15-20 min walk, as is Brighton station, with lovely Kemptown village and the beach at the bottom of the road & plenty of buses to all parts of the city.
