All bills included, including wi-fi. Modern, well-fitted kitchen, cute retro bathroom and separate shower room, sun terrace and garden, paid parking directly outside. Also our cat, Moley.

Town is a 15-20 min walk, as is Brighton station, with lovely Kemptown village and the beach at the bottom of the road.
