Sunny Seaside Room No Bills - Kemp Town Village

Our seaside house

Very light, sunny, double-bedded room, simply furnished, with a carpeted floor and two windows.

THIS IS WHAT WOULD BE A FIT FOR US:
We are looking for a female, gay friendly, vegetarian preferred, fluent English speaker, who is NON-smoking and working full time in the daytime (Mon-Fri). This room is to let with reduced rent (i. e. it is usually more than this), in exchange for regular evening babysitting.

The house is well equipped with the usual mod cons TV/DVD, wireless internet, storage, washing machine, tumble dryer, garden etc. The rent includes all bills (except the phone). We also have a pretty little garden, nice and sunny to sit/eat out in on warmer days.

Lovely house in a very quiet and neighbourly little cul de sac in Kemp Town Village and only a few minutes walk to the beach and a 15 min walk to the centre of Brighton. Very near to useful bus routes and 10 minutes on bus to the station (though is doable walking). Very handy for Sussex County and Amex.

Currently we are a household of 2 women (one gay, one straight) and one delightful 7 year old girl (yes she's mine, so I would say that, but other people say it too!) and we are looking for one other female. I work at home as a Law of Attraction Life Coach and the other girl works as a radiographer. Interests include film, cooking, camping, personal development.
