Buses and trains provide a regular service to Lewes and Brighton. Good sized, secluded loft room with views of farm and downs beyond. Double bed, kitchenette, ensuite fitted shower room. Your area is self contained but you the utility room is down stairs in main part of the house. Would suit a relaxed, friendly and independent professional or post graduate. Free parking and close to a lovely country pub. Cleaner comes every few weeks to clean the space (optional).
