Kingston is a beautiful village nestled at the foot of the Downs, approximately 2 miles from Lewes. Ideally you will have your own transport but a 15 minute walk or cycle ride gives easy access to the A27 leading to Brighton and Sussex Universities. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac where there is free on-street parking.
This studio room would suit an independent person who works away from the home. You are likely to be a self sufficient person who is clean, tidy and wants to live in an environment with easy access to the great outdoors.
The owners are a friendly professional couple in their sixties. The house is quiet during the week but there may be visits from children and grandchildren at weekends.
