Available from the end of July. A king size en suite room in a chalet bungalow in a tranquil village, five minutes from Lewes and ten minutes drive from Sussex University and Brighton.
The property is situated within minutes of the 13th century Juggs public house in the picturesque village of Kingston within the South Downs natural park. Previous residents have all found the ambience perfectly quiet and peaceful. The ground floor room has a private en suite shower and toilet, and private parking. There is also a private snug lounge allowing total privacy and space. The bed has a super comfy orthopaedic mattress described by previous lodgers as offering a superb nights sleep. I am seeking a professional person who works out of the house either on shift work or during the day and returning evenings for rest. I am also able to accommodate Monday to Friday monthly stays for which pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
