Small but peaceful room available in lovely house with beautiful country walks nearby. The room has wooden floors, a small desk and a raised platform (bed or sofa) and a double bed underneath, + wardrobe & storage space. (the set up of the room could be changed if necessary).

The room is upstairs in a cosy house on the Neville with a lovely big garden, on the outskirts of town. There's a bathroom opposite, and a spare room that is used as an office and can be shared. Downstairs there's an open plan living / dining room / kitchen with a woodburner, and a second toilet.

The garden is langrewn oasis, with lots of birdsong, it also has a fire pit, and a large 5m x 5m cabin at the end of it..... At the moment I use it for crafts & friends gatherings, but I'm considering renting it out as well.... But if not it would be available for you to use too....

Share kitchen, living room and bathroom with me, Julie. I enjoy living with others, and it would be nice to share an occasional glass of wine / meal or talk arts and crafts together! (I was doing the artists way with my niece who is moving out). I value sustainability and live a low impact lifestyle, with pre-loved furnishings and hand made details.
I have pet chickens and work part-time running nature connection activities and in health research, and aim for a simple, creative life!
It's a friendly neighbourhood, and we have monthly games nights with friends in the street.

The house is 5 mins walk from beautiful countryside, and a pleasant 20-25 minute walk to Lewes's picturesque town centre & station. There's a local bus stop by the house, and a 10min walk away is the bus stop for Brighton. Easy parking.

Move in date is flexible. Initially it would be on a rolling month by month arrangement, but could be long term.
