This room is in a comfortable, 3 bed, open plan home in the quiet Wallands area northwest of Lewes town centre. 5 min drive from A27, 15 minutes’ walk to the railway station and Lewes town centre. 5 min walk to bus stop for Brighton/Universities. 5 min walk up onto the South Downs with many different walking trails.

This large double room has been completely refurbished with large, fitted wardrobes a new Emma double mattress bed and recently re-carpeted. There is a desk, chair and noticeboard in the room but i can remove that or replace with a chest of drawers.

There is plenty of storage space available in the room, the loft and the garage. The back garden is quite large with outside seating for the sunny days.

Facilities include dishwasher, large fridge, large freezer in the garage, washing machine, tumble dryer. There is a power shower, large bath, vanity storage and a separate loo.

The room comes with its own off road parking space on the driveway and a shared third space for your visitors/guests.

I’ve lived here for 10 years and made it my home and hope to find someone to share with who is considerate of that and shares responsibility for keeping the place reasonably clean and tidy.
I work mainly from home so the room would probably be best for someone who leaves the house for work.

I’m a pretty relaxed, easy going person and have shared houses in UK and Australia for quite a few years and hope, by now, I’ve learnt how to be a good housemate! Something I'd be interested to hear your perspective/experience on if you are interested in viewing.
